Bianca Censori Won’t Face Legal Action For See-Through Dress At Grammys 2025

Bianca Censori will not get in trouble with the law for wearing a see-through dress on the red carpet at the 2025 Grammy Awards.

On Monday, the Los Angeles Police Department told TMZ that no one at Crypto.com Arena on Sunday night officially complained about Kanye West’s wife’s outfit—or the fact that she was barely dressed.

The police also said that the Grammys is a private event.

LA lawyer Andrea Oguntula told Page Six that even though Bianca Censori’s outfit was very revealing, it likely doesn’t break California’s indecent exposure law.

“While Ms. Censori’s outfit undoubtedly pushed the envelope, a charge of indecent exposure in California requires willful public exposure of one’s genitals with the specific intent to offend or sexually arouse,” Oguntula explained.

She also said it’s possible but not likely that Censori will face legal trouble for this. “It’s theoretically possible but unlikely she’ll face any criminal prosecution for this incident,” she added, explaining that the district attorney’s office would have to decide.

According to TMZ, security from both Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. (AEG Worldwide) and the Recording Academy were present when Kanye West and Censori arrived at the event.

People involved in organizing the event told the outlet that Kanye West was a guest and made it clear he wanted to walk the red carpet.

The Yeezy founder wore his usual all-black outfit with sunglasses and a diamond chain. Censori—who started as his employee, then became his muse, and later his wife—arrived in a long black fur coat.

While posing for pictures, the 30-year-old turned around and dropped her coat, revealing her entire backside in a see-through mini-dress.

A lip reader told the Daily Mail that Kanye West told Bianca Censori to “make a scene.”

“Drop it behind you and then turn,” he supposedly said before she took off her coat.

She then turned around, revealing everything since she wasn’t wearing underwear.

Page Six was told that Kanye West and Bianca Censori were trying to copy his “Vultures 1” album cover. The cover shows Censori wearing only boots, with a piece of fabric partly covering her back.

After their shocking moment on the Grammys red carpet, police reportedly escorted them out of the event.

Later, Censori attended an afterparty wearing a black see-through thong bodysuit.
