Following P Diddy’s recent imprisonment, Eminem’s song became widely popular.
Diddy is currently facing several criminal allegations, including racketeering and sex trafficking, after his arrest in New York last week.
Diddy, who maintains his innocence, is being kept in custody after a court turned down his requests for release.
Eminem’s song “Fuel” has been trending on TikTok since the arrest, and many have noticed that it makes fun of Diddy.
The song can be found on Eminem’s eagerly awaited July release of The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce). It was his first studio album to be released since 2020.
One song, “Somebody Save Me,” gained popularity because it made references to Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade, who acknowledged that she cries “every time” she hears the song. However, another song, “Fuel,” is currently in the news owing to Diddy’s legal issues.
Although there have long been problems between the two rappers, these words seem more relevant in light of the charges Diddy is currently facing.
The exact lyrics, “I’m like a R-A-P-E-R. Got so many S-As (huh). Wait, he didn’t just spell the word, ‘Rapper’ and leave out a P, did he?” Ouch.
People on TikTok are now saying that Eminem has been making references to this situation for some time.
One user commented, “Eminem and 50 Cent have been chasing P Diddy for years trying to tell us all.”
Another added, “Eminem literally two steps ahead.”
Someone else wrote, “I feel like a lot of people don’t realize that Eminem has constantly commented on how much he disliked Diddy for over the past 20 years.”
One more user echoed the sentiment, saying, “He’s been doing this almost his whole career dissing Diddy.”
Eminem’s song “Antichrist” featured digs at Diddy as well. The song appeared to allude to Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s accusations of assault.
Later, an unsettling video emerged showing Diddy kicking Cassie during an encounter in 2016.
In ‘Antichrist,’ Eminem raps: “Next idiot ask me is gettin’ his ass beat worse than Diddy did. But on the real, though.”
“She prolly ran out the room with his fking dildo. He try to field goal punt her, she said to chill. Now put it back in my ass and get the steel toe.”
Diddy issued a public apology following the disclosure of hotel CCTV footage of the 2016 incident.
“I hit rock bottom,” he stated in an online video.
“However, I provide no justifications; my actions in that video are unacceptable. I’m repulsed, and I accept full responsibility for what I did in that video.”
