Katie Price has been going about in a wheelchair, her foot bandaged, after another vacation injury.
The 46-year-old reality actress was spotted being assisted across a hospital parking lot by her boyfriend, JJ Slater, 32, after stumbling on a rock in Cyprus. Katie had already broken bones in both of her feet while in Turkey, so this was not her first serious accident while overseas.
The mother of five had many operations after falling from a 25-foot wall during the vacation in 2020. She was unable to walk for six months, but unfortunately, another of her vacations has been marred by a serious accident.
In photographs obtained by the Daily Mail, she was seen hopping on one leg as she entered a medical clinic to get her foot examined. Married JJ, the star of Married At First Sight, was wearing a white vest top, gray shorts, and sneakers as he pushed Katie in her wheelchair.
Katie, however, did not allow her injuries to prevent her from offering stunning looks, as she donned a little green bikini to her medical appointment. According to the Mirror, her black hair was wrapped up in a high ponytail.
JJ extended his hand to assist Katie get out of the chair and into the clinic for treatment. Katie had gone on a trip to Cyprus with JJ and her oldest kid Harvey.
She traveled out many times this summer, including to Turkey for a £10,000 facelift. The former beauty model, who was previously carried about in a wheelchair by her son Junior, has been flaunting the benefits of her facelift while traveling.
Katie’s damage required the installation of screws and metal plates after her terrifying accident in Turkey. Katie had to “learn to walk again” according to reports at the time. Last year, Katie said, “Silly me, at my age, should calm things down. Basically, silly accident.”
“I was running and jumped over a wall, as it was a little shortcut, and didn’t really judge the height. I just sort of fell funny on my ankles and I fractured the hairline on my heels and stuff. The hospital here wanted to operate and wanted to put pins in and stuff.”
“Because I’m away, I’d rather wait until I get home. It’s the most painful thing ever. Like when I was trying to put the cast on, I was screaming in pain. They said I won’t be able to walk for three to six months.”
JJ rose to prominence as a TV groom on Married At First Sight, and he drew Katie’s attention while appearing on the E4 program. Katie and JJ made their relationship official in February, after a vacation to Bulgaria.
