Fans have declared Pamela Anderson the “most beautiful woman” in the world after she attended a film festival wearing no makeup.
At 57, Anderson is celebrated as a cultural icon, known for her successful career in acting and modeling.
She gained fame as a s** symbol by playing C.J. Parker in the action drama series Baywatch and for her record-breaking appearances on Playboy magazine covers.
Nowadays, Anderson dedicates her time to passion projects, including a cookbook and a documentary, though she occasionally steps out for red-carpet events.
Her latest appearance has left people captivated by her refreshingly natural look.
One fan commented on her makeup-free look, saying, “She will always be fabulous and beautiful.”

For both events, the model kept her face mostly bare, adding only a touch of red lipstick for the latter.
However, Anderson’s no-makeup phase began well before this.
In September 2023, the Barb Wire star attended the Row show in Paris without makeup, as reported by Glamour.
This kicked off a series of appearances where fans admired Anderson’s natural beauty.
While fans are embracing this new chapter in her life, there’s a deeper, emotional reason behind her decision to forgo makeup.
In an interview with Elle magazine, Anderson shared her reasons for letting go of her iconic look, which included penciled-in brows, overlined lips, and dark eyeliner.
She shared that after her makeup artist Alexis Vogel passed away in 2019 from breast cancer, makeup just didn’t feel the same anymore.
Anderson explained, “She was the best. And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup.”
She described her new look as “freeing, and fun, and a little rebellious too,” adding, “I did notice that there were all these people doing big makeup looks, and it’s just like me to go against the grain and do the opposite of what everyone’s doing.”
Anderson went on, “I think we all start looking a little funny when we get older. And I’m kind of laughing at myself when I look in the mirror. I go, ‘Wow, this is really… what’s happening to me?’ It’s a journey.”
In an interview with Allure, Anderson further explained that, although she “liked that it resonated,” she hadn’t set out to make a statement on beauty culture.
During her latest appearance at the Zurich Film Festival, where she accepted the Golden Eye award, Anderson spoke openly about her appearance and its impact on her career.
Reflecting on her documentary, Pamela, A Love Story, and her memoir, Love, Pamela, the star expressed that she feels she’s being seen freshly and excitingly.
As she shared with InStyle, “I always knew I was capable of more. It’s great to be a part of pop culture, but it’s a blessing and a curse. People fall in love with you because of a bathing suit. It has taken a long time, but I am here.”
